May I confirm this new features in Traccar Server version 6.10.0 ... ?
Added Traccar push option for the Traccar Client app. You can now use the same website key to send push commands to the official Traccar Client app.
Commands are automatically delivered to the Traccar Client via push notifications when possible, eliminating the need for manual device configuration.
Periodic Reporting Frequency if value set to 10 meaning equal to 10 seconds as I assumed?
