Please recommend OBDII device fully supported
Not all the data is supported for Sinocastel protocol at the moment, but are you sure it sends engine info? Do you have protocol documentation for this device?

I'm not sure which of those support engine diagnostics though.

I believe it can send alerts and engine info.
I thought you had the protocol info from the supplier. I saw a post earlier saying that you had received it.
Do you want me to send you some logs from the logs that should have some engine info?

The latest release of tracker app Tracker for Traccar (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=de.wialonconsulting.wiatrack.traccar&hl=de) supports OBD ELM 327 Bluetooth dongles. If you have such dongle or can buy it (it costs only 10-15 Euros) you can use it with your smartphone.

Can you please recommend a fully supported OBD2 device that provide some engine diagnostics like coolant temperature and engine RPM to traccar?
I have purchased a Sinocastel IDD-213N but I only get the vehicle position data, nothing about the engine on traccar V3.6.
