Poll,Disable/enable

Hi

I need to know if the traccar server has the following features:

1- enable/disable: send command to enable/disable vehicle.

2- Poll: trigger the device to send signal on demand. E.g if the device send me a signal every 1 hour, and after 30 mins i want a signal urgently. Is this feature available.

Yes, Traccar has those features, but they are only available for some protocols.

Is it available for Meitrack, Teltonika , and Ruptella devices? And how i can check these features on the server?
