Position filtered by Future filters

Positions from Android client are filtered out with message: Position filtered by Future filters.

Decoded message looks like this:

POST /?id=329954888&timestamp=1266086060036550&lat=48.24523000000001&lon=23.83423&speed=0.0&bearing=0.0&altitude=0.0&accuracy=500.0&batt=98.0 HTTP/1.1

Timestamp seems to be wrong, the number is too big for unix time. Why would the client send incorrect timestamp?

What device? What Android version?

its a "no-name" phone with Android 4.3
