im having a problem with my Concox GT06N GPS device and the same Tri provider. I have four devices. Two devices receive long lang signals every 30 seconds, allowing them to move on the map. The other two devices can't move and only receive 10 long lang signals per day. What's the problem? Please help, Antoni. Thank you.
You did try to send the changed update frequency? You do not write about anything that you tried to fix it.
