position not upgraded

 Error refreshing items - ERROR: relation "tc_devices" does not exist
  Position: 15 - PSQLException (... < QueryBuilder:390 < DataManager:419 < BaseObjectManager:87 < ...)

i got this error from my logs. How can i figured out please

it works again my tc_devices table was modified to tc_devicess
