Check the timestamps. Sometimes it happens when device reports time in the future.
In log file about this device:

What does this mean?
It means the position was filtered by the filters you have enabled.
Turned off the filter. Everything worked. The tracker transferred to the server all positions accumulated over 3 days. Then the filter was turned on, except for the lines:
<entry key='filter.invalid'>true</entry>
<entry key='filter.past'>3600</entry>

From time to time the position of the tracker stops updating, although the tracker is online. And this has been going on for several days. This can be radically cured only by removing the tracker from the system and creating it again. But in doing so, the whole story is lost.
