We own few devices POSITRA GC072. Documentation of protocols available at http://doc.levelna.cz/en/proto.html#Proto2
We use Protocol #2 (not chiphered). Maybe from documentation anyone can identify the port which should be used for this tracker in traccar server? Tried to configure the device to send info to server, but no success (no hex messages appeared in log). Tried the same traccar server with android client - works as expected.
