Posting geofense thru API not showing in the Traccar Web Geofense List.

Same user, who created geofence,
Web app uses exactly the same API, so it's not possible that you get the list through API, but not in the web app.

Even i cannot belive why.. it's not showing in the Web list. I made a small video clip please look into it.

Weird. Are you sure it's a vanilla version of 4.9 without any modifications?
Yes I am sure it’s version 4.9 installed using installer on Ubuntu by running Traccar.run,
intact if I create geofence through Web View it’s showing in the list without any issues, only through API this issue harassing,
Even I was facing the same issues suddenly from yesterday morning in 4.8 as well, yesterday afternoon I upgraded it to 4.9.. it continues same issue with 4.9 as well..
any suggestions, please
I don't know what went wrong..suddenly it stopped and now it started working :).
Traccar Version 4.9
I am able to POST the geofence using API (POST Method in POSTMAN or Android Native app), the same geofence details I can able to get (using API GET Method), I even can see the records in Mysql DB.
But the geofence details not showing in the Web APP Geofense list which is created through API.
