Problem with app in background

Why you just add refresh button in application that it refresh connection? Problem will be solved until u figure out how to fix the bug.

When i put app in background and switch from mobile data to wifi or from wifi to mobile data and pull app form background all vehicles freeze. How to fix that problem?
It occurs on any android and ios phone.
Edit: it is native traccar manager app from google play or app store.
