Problem with email notification

Hello,

I set up a geofence area with notification "Device has exited geofence", but i dont receive a mail when that's happen. I tested email settings on my profile and receive a test mail message. How to investigate whats happen?

Have you linked geofence to your device?

Yes, the geofence is linked and notification is set to "All devices"

I can't think of any other possible problems. Double check everything, including your data.
