Problem with getting geofence notitfication working

Hello,
I'm trying to configure notifications for geofence enter and exit. Steps I did:

• configured notifications in traccar.xml - tested with "Send test notification" and everything works ok for test notification
• created new geofence, I'm the owner of the geofence and in user settings the geofence is enabled
• created "geofence entered" and "geofence exited" notifications and added SMS and Web as channels
• enabled the geofence for devices group in "groups" settings

And I don't get any notifications... neither web based nor sms. What else needs to be enabled?

Also the notifications have "all devices" settings enabled.

Do you see events in the report? Have you tried linking directly to the device?

I tried linking through devices groups, same issue. I don't see geofences events in report, but I see other types of configured events, such as "Device moving".

The only other suggestion I would have is to debug the code and see what happens.
