Protocol mv730 plus 4g

Hello, I bought a Bali Express mv730 plus 4G device from Micodus until today I had devices of the same 2g type and the port was 5013. Now I changed to 4G devices and I see that it does not work. Attached is an official Micodus protocol. Can anyone help me? I would be very happy. You track is also available. the same devices, it's called cj730 plus 4g
