I recommend upgrading first.
I added a GV58LAU to demo.traccar.org which is in version 6.6, but it does not indicate the battery level correctly either. The data received in the log and what the queclink configurator indicates (90%) match, but Traccar shows 10%.

Hola Cristian, pudiste resolver el nivel de bateria? a mi me funciona OK con el GV58LAU. Lo que nunca me funciono fue el horometro.
no lo solucione, tuve que usar un truco con atributo calculado
eso hace que se muestre que esta al 100%, asume que el 12% que decodifica Traccar es el 100% de nivel de bateria y lo extrapola
Claro, buena solución.. no probaste con actualizar el firmware? A mí me están reportando bien los niveles de batería con la versión A06V16
