Raw Data rx485 push to web.server

I am sending data through GPS over 485 serial port. Data is in the logs. How can I forward it to server or DB?

I am using a upro device (Kingwo LT32) over port 5095. Help me. Only ping data is going under web server. the raw data passing from rx 485 port is going directly log file
