Realtime tracking with delay

device real-time tracking updated every approx 2 minutes. I checked browser console log, there is no error found. This delay does not exist in the recorded data.

this delay also exists on the android app.

Traccar has been installed on windows server 2022, behind the firewall. required port is open, 8082 for web console and 5027 for Teltonika devices.

Please provide a screenshot of Settings > Preferences > Info.

Looks fine. Not sure what could be the issue.
