recognize ports from protocol documentation
Port 5015 seems correct for the protocol. For troubleshooting the issue you would need access to the server logs, so you either need to host your own server or get one of our subscriptions.

I checked a log file and find a reason , there is additional passing digit by device which is "0" before device id , so I added a device with extra 0 . now its work fine .
future reference : device : ST-901A+ ,port:5015, error : unknown device , solution: add device id by a 0 ) .

I bought a sample device from Chinese supplier and according to supported device and I set : ip : 95.217.199.208(demo3.tracer) and port to 5015 (according to model number st-901A+ ) , but no signal from device (it shows offline).
I think a protocol redesigned by them .
I asked supplier , provide me a documentation but I couldn't realize which protocol is appropriate to use , I want to know how can know a protocol from data sheets .
can anyone help and explain me
