Refresh Time - Map

Hi Anton, please help me with two things:
1.- How is triggered the map refresh process? After an insertion on Positions table o according an interval of time?
2.- Which is the filename where it is configured this?

1. Map is refreshed as soon as location data is received from the device.
2. There is no configuration.
