Hard refresh? It probably doesn't actually clear all the caches. Make sure you clear all app data from developer tools?
I am running 5.4 (latest docker container) and am hosting my POI KML from the existing static folder of the modern UI. When I update the kml file it appears that I need to restart the container (I assume just the service would also work) so it will pick up the updated file. Is there an easier or more responsive way of handling this?
