Report duration always in minutes

Hi,
Quick question: Is there a way to configure in which unit the duration is showed in the reports?
Now when it is below 45 minutes the unit is in minutes, but with higher values its rounded to whole hours.
What i would prefer is it always shows the duration in minutes.
Is this possible?
