Have you checked for errors in the browser console?

I removed the ssl from the link and it worked, I'm going to review the certificate, it accesses normally with the ssl but the link with the ssl didn't work... without it it worked

@tananaev I tried resetting password in legacy version but it doesn't work.
But if I use the modern version it works perfectly
I use ultimate version 5.9

Have you updated the template? Legacy version needs different path.
