Rum more Traccar's in the same windows server
You can still do it. You just need to register several services. You can use SC.exe too for that.
Understood! I got it! And about the executable, will I consider use instead traccar-other-4.8.zip? unzip it and create the service?

Either works.
Until the Traccar 4.0 it was possible run many Traccar in the same server (using wrapper.conf to split/configure each them). Is there a way to do it currently in windows 2012?
