Looks like your device doesn't report any location.
what can i do, just got the device, and its the latest version from ruptela. i used the tracar client with my phone i got location reading but not with the device. is it supported, because i do not see it among the list of devices?
please can you advice way forward.

Regardless if it is supported or not, your device is not sending position. Check device documentation. Maybe it needs to get motion in order to start sending positions. Maybe it needs to get gps signal before, etc.
