Send failed, demo server has problem?
It might be overloaded, but what exactly is the issue?
android phone client log says: invio fallito (send failed)
Web interface device window says: status=online and last update=actual time (ok)
Web interface status window says: Attribute Time : 2018-07-02 03:33:07 (not actual time)
Everything seems to work correctly:

Server sends response as expected, so if you still see send failures, it probably means that you have some network issue on your phone.

I don't think it's wrong. Your device just reports old data.
Removing client app (hidden ver.), clean data and cache, and re-install could resolve?
I check another device: id: 717760
demo.traccar.org = send failed
demo2.traccar.org = ok
I have checked the issue again. The problem is that first demo server is overloaded and it takes a long time to process incoming data. Client in the meanwhile times-out and thinks that server hasn't received the data (because of no response in time), so it tries to re-send same old data over and over.
I have cleaned up the server and rebooted it. Hopefully it helps, but there's just too many users and devices there. I would recommend using some other demo server.
