i have a question that is CAN i setup a free server that it's local in traccar ?
if yes HOW ?

Traccar software is completely free and open source. If you're asking whether you can host it yourself locally for free, then yes, of course.

thanks i did it well(setting up the server in traccar).
but i have another problem how can i request to it?
does it look like this ?

i mean i want to send http request to server and see the lat and lon(for example) that i send via request ?
can you help me with the format of http request(OsmAnd) to send mylocalhost8082?
