Setting Up Tracccar on VPS with other websites

I have a VPS with ISPCONFIG running with few websites. I want to setup Traccar on a subdomain of a website. For that I will create a subdomain which will have its own directory on server (e.g. /var/www/traccar.mydomain.com/web/).

Now how to setup server in this particular directory ? Do i have to upload all files to this directory or run setup as describes in documentation?
