Hi, it seems that I have this same issue, and a lot of other users are trying to find the reason what is going on. I was checking sim cards, sms commands, nothing is working, ~18 days ago device just stopped reporting positions, since this time nothing. So I also check serial port, and

same here, not responding to SMS or changes via serial command, the only command that works via serial is <CKVER> to show the version number...
I searched literally the whole internet to find a forum or firmware, but found nothing. Does anybody know a dedicated forum for tracker?
I already found 2 commands that are responsive (over serial port):

Connect the serial port, pull-down the boot pin to GND
Voila, the software reads the data from the device, but i was not able to set the ip, called tcp1 in the software.

you get all the new commands to communicate via SMS with the tracker
I could not set TCP1 to my traccar server, whether with the tool nor by SMS. So I soldered a cut USB Cable to DP green DM white GND black and 5V red. As soon as I power the tracker there are 4 COM ports that disappear instantly. Regarding Gemini these are Unisoc ports to read and flash the device, but I could not get the SPD Research Tool to recognise the ports to stop the boot process

I have two Wanwaytech S20 Pro with German Lidl-Connect Prepaid cards, that worked like a charm with traccar till above date.
First they did not sent any data to my own traccar server and then they do not answer to my SMS.
I soldered a RS232 to USB to the internal com port TXD1/RXD1 and this is the log:
It seems that they did somehow a firmware update, as the firmware date is new (APR 15 2026).
Now the device seems bricked. The only thing still working ist the SOS Button that sends a position SMS to my smartphone.
Has anyone the same issue? Is there a solution?
