Sms notification SSL error

Hello,

Does anybody know how to fix this error?

javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: Received fatal alert: handshake_failure - ProcessingException (... < HttpSmsClient:89 < NotificatorSms:55 < NotificationResource:63 < ...)
