SSL peer shut down incorrectly - EOFException

Hi dear,
I'm getting this error when I want to see a report of "Stops" or "Trips" only, from any devices.
It occurs recently despite it was fine before. Nothing changes involved.
Is it because of TLSv1.2 or what it can be?

Does it happen immediately or after some time?

After some time it happens. It takes about 1 minute or so.
It wasn't longer than 5 seconds before.
Can It be happening because of some new limitation from Host Provider?

Maybe it's a browser timeout?

It must be from Host Provider then.
I don't see any other reasons.
