we have connected 2 devices: ET-700MINI (extremtrac) and GT3101 (portman). both devices send correct frames, but their status is still offline.

What port are you using?

we used for extremtrac: 5126
portman: 5211

the same problem with version 4.8.

What makes you think those are the correct ports?

You only provided sample for one of your devices. Where's the second one?

None of the protocols seem to match. Also, I can't find either of the devices on the list. You probably need to implement support or at least update existing decoders. If you need help with that, contact support.
