Steps to configure Geofence alarms for mobile

Hi Forum,

I've just setup my first Traccar server, I'm very impressed with the product that you've all built.

I would like to receive notifications on my iOS Traccar manager when my car leaves the geofence.

I've done the following:

1. Defined a geofence in Setting - Geofence.
2. Created a notification in Settings - Notifications of Type Alarm Geofence Exit.
3. Created connections from the Device to the Geofence
4. Created connections from the Device to the Notifications of Type Alarm Geofence Exit.
5. Creates connections from the user (I only have one) to the Device, Geofence and Notifications of Type Alarm Geofence Exit.

I can see events in the Traccar portal but nothing happens on my IOS Traccar Manager app.

Is there something else I need to do?

I am trying to use the web channel (I think this is the one to have notifications sent to the Traccar manager iOS app?)
I have my own server running on linux.
I did receive one (exit) notification in the app yesterday but others were missed.

On another question, is the notification in the Traccar manager iOS app meant to raise a phone notification or just alert in the app?

Web notification will be the one within the app.

To get phone notifications you need to enable push notifications.

I am now getting the notifications in the app, the little bell lights up.

Are these also meant to show as IOS notifications?
