Stops Report not populating

I did but where am i editing these values - by default they are not in the traccar.xml? do i add the values to that xml?

I am sure this has been mentioned but i cant word this as others would
I can only see 1 record of when my vehicle is parked at home for a long period
where do i modify the stop time so i get more stops
I would like it to record if the vehicle is stopped for more than 3 minutes to record it as a stop.
