Stops reported after 1H delay

Hello,
I have an issue with the Trips & Stops Behavior

You can notice that the device is already post the Motion to False and Ignition to False
But Traccar waits 1 Hours to report the device is Stopped

Here is the Trip Configuration I am using.

    <entry key='report.trip.minimalTripDuration'>250</entry>
    <entry key='report.trip.minimalTripDistance'>300</entry>
    <entry key='report.trip.minimalParkingDuration'>60</entry>
    <entry key='report.trip.minimalNoDataDuration'>900</entry>
    <entry key='report.trip.greedyParking'>true</entry>
    <entry key='report.trip.useIgnition'>true</entry>

Not sure what we're supposed to see on the screenshot, but it's obviously not enough to check anything.

How long do you have the gps set to inform the platform when the ignition is off? 1 hour?

Here is the behavior of one of the devices:

1- We have the ignition is off at 09:12
2- The device went offline at 09:18
3- Traccar report stop at 10:13
4- Device is online at 10:14

is there any news?
