Support request / 50 eur for 1h

Hello,

Since our organization policy does not allow unattended access to our data servers and traccar support only works with unattended access we will pay 50e per 1h of supporting.
It must be done via AnyDesk, controlled by our agent.
Problem: while generating a report "Trips" it will show only today and yesterday but if you select this week, previous etc. it will not show anything. Even when you select custom and put 1 day but from previous week ex. 16. - 17. of this month it will not show / generate. If you can explain potential problem without connecting i will also pay.
Payment methods: Revolut or Paypal.

Traccar paid support is through their email.

Actually they have a support page for it.

@Track-trace They only do unattended access and without option with specific date and time for support as I mentioned. I need attended support via AnyDesk, controlled by our agent.

Oh, well arent there other options for you @Kever ? Just create a cloud server with your traccar instance on it where they (Anton) can acces it or send the whole traccar server as .rar to them. Doesnt look hard for them to fix your report issue. Anyway Anton already replied.

If there is an option to send you whole server as .rar that is acceptable. We can do it that way.
