Switching off engine does not show up
Commands don't depend on ACC status, but if your device is offline you can only send SMS commands.
umm, I have an OIGO AR-2GM wired and reporting continuously to traccar (every 60 secs) but it never shows "cut engine" option, any clue why?..I´m lost. Thanks
That's because Traccar doesn't support that command for OIGO protocol.
Opps, Understood, could you please tell me what devices are fully supported, what would be your recommendation ?

I understood that command to cut engine OFF does appear if ACC is OFF and only way is to send a SMS, right?
I wonder is there is a way to force command to appear even if ACC is OFF. Could you please advise?
