The telegram works from my mobile phone with which I also created a telegram bot and added the configuration to the config file on the server but when I tried to use another mobile phone and on the telegram I sent /start and started interacting with the same bot as from the previous mobile phone , I can't get telegram notifications on that new phone!
My question is, except for one main user who created the bot telegram, can other users use the same bot to receive telegram notifications, if not, how is it possible for other users of the same server to receive telegram notifications?
