Teltonika FMC125 + dualcam

I using teltonika fmc 125 and dualcam ,,

we try to download video , always error media request time out ..

but the photo always sent to alarm event ..

please tell me how to procedur dual cam to sent video in server ?

This sounds like a device question to me, not server.

yes , i know this is from device ..

i ask how to device can sent video ? just command or if received event from green driving too ?
