Time of deviceStopped Event
Because not all of the messages have device time and some events are not even linked to a position (e.g. device offline event).

A simple question: why do events use the servertime value?
When a device sends multiple GPS fixes due to having been out of GPRS coverage, the deviceStopped time does not show the correct value.
