TK104 connects to traccar but doesn't send GPS coordinates

Hi,

I bought my first TK104 18 months ago and it works great.
I bought a new one from the same store but I can't get it to work...

The tracker sends its IMEI upon which the server replies to ask coordinates but it doesn't respond:

Sometimes (and only sometimes) it does receive coordinates but only when I call the device or send a command via sms. It is operating in GPRS mode, on shock-sleep but I tried always online too.
I have tried to reset123456 or begin123456 again but it won't work.
