i am using tk116 device i configured it on port 5064
but the device not work so by checking the tracking server log all the message appear like this

You are using wrong port.
Thank you for replay but can you tell me which port is the right one ?! i tried many times to get it but i could not identify it
Most likely 5002 is the right one, but it seems like your device doesn't report any GPS data, so you won't see anything.
Thank You but after decoding the message i got from the device it gives me the message
(044074404774BZ00,420,001,0109,3e8d,61,0109,a192,52,0109,3e8b,50)
it does say anything ?! because i tried the port 5002 but i got the same message too !!

It looks like cell towers information. As I said, it looks like your device doesn't report GPS location.
