TK119 3G - brand Eelink - not working on port 5064

Hi

I have purchased the gps traccar above which is an Eelink protocol device but it does not work .
the Hex output looks like Eelink 676702002503dc5c0d1ef8fcfe490f1074fb4500000001f900015250dd21d501006b119d000c04f40000

Any ideas on how to get it to be recognised would e helpful.

Back to the "drawing board" then .

After reading the basics again, the Identifier was incorrect and required the full IEMI number as the identifier.
Now the device decodes.

I assumed that if the port was correct the decoder would work without the correct identifier.
