TK20C and new protocol, new devices give problems. The Traccar recognizes new devices but marks 0 coordinates

I have a problem with a TK20C that they sell so much www.vjoycar.com
and www.kingneed.net and surely others. All Chinese say they manufacture.
The problem is that a few months ago I bought a TK20C device with firmware VERSION 20200427235959 and it works perfectly with Traccar but not on the manufacturer's own platform miitown.com.
Now we have bought 10 units for our client and SURPRISE does not work either in Traccar or on the manufacturer's platform miitown.com, so we feel cheated as they have no use.
The Traccar recognizes new devices but marks 0 coordinates
Checking they have a different firmware version 20200112000003

After talking to the alleged manufacturers, they pretend they didn't know, they refuse to provide firmware and instructions and they don't offer me any solution either for their own platform (it doesn't work) or for the third-party platform.
The only thing they have given me is a PDF that indicates a new protocol
