In traccar 4.1, installed on windows 10 [PC only to test - no devices connected] and also on windows server 2012r2 [server production], I noticed a issue when I try to stop traccar service.
The process keeps trying to stop [message: stopping service] , after some seconds, the system show the timeout message [traccar service did not answered].
It was necessary kill process manually, all the time.
