Are you running it with JVM included in Traccar?
I try manual installation, then run java -jar tracker-server.jar conf/traccar.xml in cmd, but not happend. No logs in log folder.
The issue with Windows installer has been fixed. Please re-download release 4.3.
traccar 4.3 in windows works excellent thanks good work
Just downloaded the 4.3 Windows installer again (Windows server 2008 R2) and it works fine now, many thanks

Hi, I try install new traccar version on WIN 7. I uninstall old traccar 4.2, remove folder, restart PC and try to install new traccar. Installation is seccesfull, restart PC and in services I click to start service traccar - Error 1053: "The service did not respond in a timely fashion" when attempting to start, stop or pause a service
