The phone that I'm using does not send the data to the server. The server is server.traccar.org. The server URL has already been set to this url http://45.55.84.20:5055, GPS of the phone is on, but the client only logs send failed. I've checked the port 5055, it's open. I don't know what is the problem since I can't check the server logs of the server since it's in your domain.

Have you registered device in your account? What's the device id?

Is device still sending data? We only keep logs for last couple of days, so I can't check what happened 10 days ago.
