Traccar installation error

I have try to install traccar 3.16 in our vps. But when I am on this step:

tail -f /opt/traccar/logs/wrapper.log.*

but only found this message

and traccar service didn't run. Please let me know the problem

What's the reason for running Traccar 3.16?

The instruction tell us us to download traccar 3.16

I would recommend to use the latest version.

No, but it should be pretty much the same. Maybe some minor differences.

But the traccar is still not running
