Traccar M2M not working with twilio.com
The error seems pretty clear. They even have a separate documentation page for it. What suggestion are you looking for?

what is the link to this documentation? I opened a ticket for twilio and they are seeing what they can do to send the sms from the M2M chip.

I haven't seen the log yet. The good news is that using a data chip (not M2M) the sms is received on the device. I think the limitation must be the tiwilio or some configuration that I have to do.
Do you recommend any test platform that I can use to send SMS to M2M number?
You can use Traccar SMS Gateway.
