I have been running traccar version 4.8 since year 2020 on a raspberry pi with raspbian 10 (buster).
Since a little more than a week when I point my browser to http://192.168.67.128:8082/
which is my traccar server the web browser only shows a spinning waiting symbol in the middle of the browser window and the text "Powered by Traccar GPS Tracking System" at the bottom right of the browser window.
At first I thought this was a problem with my web browser, I had recently upgraded to Firefox version 104.0.2. Downgrading to previos version of Firefox which used to work fine with traccar didn't help. Trying from another machine which still was using an even older browser did not help.
Next, I thought that the SD-card in the raspberry pi was worn out. However, replacing the card and restoring an old backup did not help.
Looking at /opt/traccar/logs/tracker-server.log I see no traces of web clients trying to connect, only traces of tracking devices connecting to the server. However, it seems as I get some connection to the server as I at least can read the text "Powered by Traccar...".
Does anyone have any idea about what has gone wrong and how to fix it?
regards Henrik
Thanks a lot for the pointer! I did search the forum in hope that someone else would have gotten the same problem, but obviously I did not search long back enough. I thought this problem was only about a week old. I also did try to google without finding that thread.
