Traccar not starting after ver 4.11 upgrade
If you don't have logs, most likely there's an error in the config file. Try running Traccar manually and see what error you get in response.

On one of my servers, when I did a software update. Traccar wont start. I check log folder, no log was created. I followed process, firstly uninstall old version. Reinstalled new version. Updated traccar.xml with my config that was using. Started traccar.Im using mysql as a DB and using ubuntu server on vps. Do I need to stop and start mysql after software upgrade.
