Traccar Server Halted

I have installed traccar server manually on Ubuntu 16.04. It just get halted after below message.

1. What exactly do you mean by "halted"?
2. Have you checked wrapper log files?

Hi Anton,

It is not printing Server Started message, and not receiving any request. When I tried to send some raw data on port using Packet Sender. It just show "could not connect" on Packet Sender response window.

It usually indicates problem with database connection.

Please M. Tananaev can you help me. I wanna customize my Traccar server and i don't known what kind of costomization can i do.
